Administrative Clerk

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Administrative Clerk to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and capable of multitasking.



Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Maintain office/mill security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor log book)
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying
  • Help with administrative tasks when needed
  • Manage Accounts Receivable Invoicing


Education and Experience

  • 2+ years proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
